OfficeEMR is Certified, Selected and Accepted

Based on its functionality, interoperability and SAS 70 Type II security, OfficeEMR meets the Meaningful Use criteria to receive federal funding from the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH).

In 2006 and 2008, iSALUS participated in two certifying cycles with the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT Certified®). OfficeEMR obtained Drummond ONC-ACB Certification in 2011-2012 as a Complete EHR Ambulatory provider and is currently certified in their 2014 Edition as well. Additionally, OfficeEMR is ANSI 5010 and HIPAA compliant.

Certification Details

This Complete EHR is 2014 Edition compliant and has been certified by an ONC-ACB in accordance with the applicable certification criteria adopted by the Secretary of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This certification does not represent an endorsement by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services or guarantee the receipt of incentive payments.

iSALUS Healthcare’s OfficeEMR 2014 program was certified on January 10, 2014. This criteria certified includes 170.314(a)(1‐15); 170.314(b)(1‐5, 7) 170.314(c)(1‐3); 170.314(d)(1‐8); 170.314(e)(1‐3); 170.314(f)(1‐3); and 170.314(g)(2‐4). OfficeEMR 2014’s certification ID is 01102014‐2342‐9. The clinical quality measures certified include CMS062v2; CMS068v3; CMS075v2; CMS126v2; CMS127v2; CMS138v2; CMS147v2; CMS154v2; CMS156v2; and CMS165v2. Additional software used includes Surescripts and Medline Plus Connect.

iSALUS Healthcare’s certified product, OfficeEMR, is offered in a variety of pricing packages that best suit the specific needs of a practice. The mutually agreed upon pricing typically requires a training and implementation charge as well as a monthly licensing fee. This pricing structure is memorialized in a mutually executed order form, Terms of Service Agreement, and HIPAA Compliance Business Associate Agreement that essentially covers all features, functionality, and services required to meet meaningful use objectives and measures. While iSALUS does not price add-on costs after the signatory order form, some costs may apply for additional features and services as requested by the client with agreed upon pricing parameters covered with a contract addendum.

*A certification that is issued to an integrated bundle of EHR Modules shall be treated the same as a certification issued to a Complete EHR except that it must also indicate each EHR Module that comprises the bundle;

*A certification issued to a Complete EHR or EHR Module based on applicable certification criteria adopted by the ONC at subpart C of this part must be separate and distinct from any other certification(s) based on other criteria or requirements.
