Mark Day, CEO

Mark A. Day has over fifteen years experience in a variety of turnaround and corporate start-up initiatives. Mr. Day's experience in leading change initiatives and developing strategic plans is marked by having successfully managed a $230 million operating budget for a Fortune 50 company. Mr. Day has been successful in developing organizations focused on outstanding customer service. From 1996 through 2005, Mr. Day held a succession of expanding roles at Anthem, Inc. (NYSE: ATH) before its acquisition of WellPoint, Inc. (NYSE: WLP). From his executive role, Mr. Day oversaw the successful integration of his areas of responsibility during six major acquisitions. Mr. Day serves on the Leadership Council for Harvard University's Divinity School along with various other board positions including the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Association Board (ICVA), and the Indiana Sports Corporation (ISC). He is also a trustee on the board of the University of Southern Indiana. Mr. Day earned his B.A. at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, his M. Div at Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and his M.B.A. from the Columbia University School of Business in New York City. Mr. Day sits on the Board of Directors for iSALUS healthcare.

Michael Hall, CIO and Executive Vice President

In 2000, Mr. Hall founded iSALUS healthcare (previously MOST^TM). The original goal, which was successfully implemented, was to develop a suite of affordable web-based healthcare solutions. Mr. Hall currently serves as the Chief Information Officer for iSALUS healthcare and is responsible for setting the company's strategic technical direction. Mr. Hall brings to iSALUS healthcare more than 14 years of Information Technology experience. He has managed all aspects of software development across various industries including Commercial Airlines, Heath Care, Insurance, Banking and Publishing. His experience ranges from small 10 user systems to large applications supporting more than 1500 users across 250 locations. Mr. Hall sits on the Board of Directors for iSALUS healthcare.

Michael Charest, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Charest is responsible for managing all worldwide sales, marketing and business development activities for iSALUS healthcare. Mr. Charest joined iSalus healthcare in 2007 with more than 20 years experience in executive and sales management focused on the Healthcare, Insurance and Financial Services industries. Most recently, Mr. Charest served as Group Vice President with Exstream Software, where he was responsible for all direct and indirect sales channels for the Insurance Services Division in North America. From 2000 through 2007, Mr. Charest held a succession of expanding sales management roles at Exstream Software helping the company grow from a start-up software company to a market leader in enterprise document automation achieving over $80M in revenue before its acquisition by American Capital (NASDAQ:ACAS) in June 2007 for $620M. Prior to joining Exstream Software, Mr. Charest served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Maplecrest Software, Inc. and Axcys Technologies, Inc. Mr. Charest earned his B.S. in Systems Science at the University of Florida in Pensacola, Florida and his M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.
