The third party clinicians can read the original charts or documents or images and offer consult notes, but are unable to change or alter the original data. All data entered becomes identified as a consult and becomes part of the medical record. Existing clients use this capability for hospital admits, emergency room consults and for activities such as reviewing sleep study results by contracted physicians and third party radiology reviews in the US and overseas.
