During the design and creation of these tailored templates and forms clients can easily add, delete, modify, and copy fields to produce a personalized experience alongside an individualized workflow. By creating unique templates and forms clients can define how their information is captured, organized, displayed and reported. These user defined templates and forms can be built to support all aspects of the practice, including areas such as; Clinical Examinations, History of Present Illness, Review of Systems, Allergies, Past History, Order Entry, Scheduling, Charge Capture, Letters, Statements, Prescriptions, and Reports to name just a few.
